Often, especially for beginners, it happens that they set themselves a lot of tasks for the upcoming day or week, and in the end they realize that they just worked for whole days, while still not having time for something, or the quality of work has suffered greatly somewhere. Time management is a technique of organizing your time in order to achieve all the goals and objectives that you have set for yourself. This is especially important for people who work freelance. The situation itself often contributes to the fact that people who have switched to freelance do not understand how to organize their working hours, how to control themselves and meet deadlines, how to work so that there is time for life.


If earlier we went to work, we had clearly allotted hours in which we were engaged in work, then on freelancing this boundary is erased, and often we can so load ourselves with work that subsequently leads to burnout and depression.
